Omdat het nu nog Sale-a-bration is, wilde ik een Sale-a-bration stempelset gebruiken. De keuze is snel op de Hippest Hippos gevallen. Deze schattige neushoorn met het bloemetje laat zeker op een leuke manier zien hoe dankbaar ik ben met de bestellingen die ik mag ontvangen in augustus. Om dat nog eens extra te accentueren gebruikte ik de Alphabest bundle om de letters te stempelen en uit te ponsen. Ik heb geprobeerd om zo veel mogelijk alleen de nieuwste In Colors te gebruiken. De enige toevoeging op deze kaart is Balmy Blue geweest. Een klein stukje van het 2022-2024 In Colors designpapier was daarom een prima oplossing om te zorgen dat alles een beetje gegrond werd. Anders zweven te elementen zo rond op de kaart. Het designpapier is plat op de kaart geplakt maar het nijlpaard en de letters heb ik met Stampin’ Dimensionals opgeplakt. Als laatste toevoeging trok ik een zwarte lijn met mijn Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker langs de randen van de kaart.

Because it is still Sale-a-bration, I wanted to use a Sale-a-bration stamp set. The choice for the Hippest Hippos came easily. This cute hippopotamus with the flower definately embodies my gratitutde for each order I will receive in August. To accentuate this I used the Alphabest bundle to create and punch out a matching sentiment. I tried to stick to the new In Colors as much as possible. The only additional colour on this card is Balmy Blue. Using a small piece of the 2022-2024 In Colors Designer Series Paper is the perfect solution to ground all the elements. Without the paper, the letters and hippo looked as if they were just floating on the card. I glued the designer series paper with multipurpose liquid glue (Tombow) but I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the hippo and letters. To finish the card I used my Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker to draw a black line around the edges of the card.

Omdat dit een hop is, betekent het dat een heleboel andere demo’s van over de hele wereld ook hun bedankjes willen delen. Hieronder vind je de lijst met alle andere deelnemers. We vinden het geweldig als je een berichtje achter laat voor ons in het opmerkingen gedeelte. Vergeet niet om te vermelden waar je vandaan komt. Dan zie je hoeveel bereik je eigenlijk hebt met zo’n hop.
