Hallo Prulleke, Hello Snippet,

Nog een paar weekjes en dan begint de zomervakantie al weer. Tot die tijd is er nog genoeg om te vieren en naar uit te kijken. Zo kijken we uit naar de lancering van een nieuwe mini catalogus op 3 augustus. Bovendien begint dan Sale-a-bration voor de tweede keer dit jaar. Bij besteding vanaf €60,00 kun je dan gratis artikelen kiezen bij je bestelling. Tot die tijd vieren we dat we 15% korting krijgen op geselecteerde pakken designpapier. Een van de papieren van die actie is het papier dat ik heb gebruikt voor de kaart van vandaag: Hand Getekend-designpapier.

Just a few weeks until the summer holiday is here. Until then there is still plenty to celebrate and look forward to. For intance the launch of the new mini catalogue on August 3rd. On top of that will be the start of the second Sale-a-bration of this year. This means that when you spend € 60,- in products you get to choose a free item. Until that time however we are celebrating a designer series paper promotion which is 15% off a selection of beautiful papers. Vorige maand had ik ook een kaart met deze suite gemaakt maar hij is zo mooi dat ik er deze maand weer mijn bedankje mee maak. Deze keer ligt de focus echter meer op het designpapier . Ik heb het gecombineerd met wat Shimmer Vellum in Pale Papaya. Door met wit embossingpoeder mijn spreuk op Misty Moonlight kaartkarton te maken herhalen de prachtige kleuren uit het designpapier zich in de andere elementen van de kaart. Als finishing touch heb ik een paar Genial Gems geplakt op de cirkel met de stempel en bij de spreuk.

Last month I also made a card using this suite but since it is so pretty, I had to make my thank you cards with it again this mont. This time the focus is more on the designer series paper. I combined it with some of the Shimmer Vellum in Pale Papaya. By using the white embossing powder on my Misty Moonlight cardstock I was able to repeat the colours of the beautiful designer series paper in all the different elements of the card. As a finishing touch I added a few Genial Gems over by the image and next to the sentiment.
